Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for Field Sales in Summer 2027. This 10-week program provides hands-on projects, field exposure, and professional development while supporting territory growth across the United States.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze sales and market data, and present recommendations to leaders at the end of the internship. Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
