PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience in territory management and commercial strategy.

You will work with seasoned sales leaders, spend time in the field, and contribute to projects driving territory growth and retailer engagement. The internship emphasizes analytical work, collaboration across teams, and opportunities to present outcomes to leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently an enrolled full-time bachelor’s student, with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy, and willingness to travel locally within territory.

Responsibilities

• Observe retail execution and customer engagement through ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
