Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. This 10-week program offers hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and business development, with exposure to senior leaders.

Interns will spend time in the field, participate in ride-alongs, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth. Responsibilities include retail activation, conducting market research, and presenting findings to leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
