Job summary

PMI U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to provide hands-on field experience within the Commercial organization.

You will work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth and retailer engagement. Participants gain exposure to sales strategies, retail execution, and cross-functional teamwork, while developing leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
