Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 supports field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

You’ll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to projects driving territory growth and retailer engagement over a 10-week period. You'll collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams, gain real-world experience, and present recommendations to leaders at the internship end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student orgs, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
