Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern is a 10-week summer program providing hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

You will work alongside experienced sales leaders to translate strategic plans into actionable marketplace results while building retailer relationships and consumer engagement. Interns spend time in the field analyzing market trends, supporting territory growth, and presenting findings to leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation expected between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
