Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027.

This 10-week program offers hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and territory operations, with mentorship from senior sales leaders and meaningful projects across the organization. Interns spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers observing retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
