Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The 10-week internship provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, and analytics, with projects across Commercial teams.

Participants will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth. Interns gain exposure to leadership, networking, and professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
