Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. The 10-week internship runs from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with exposure to field sales and commercial operations.

Interns will work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth across the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on projects, leadership development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, all within a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
