Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027.

This 10-week program provides meaningful, hands-on experience through impactful projects, professional development opportunities, and networking with peers and leaders across the organization. The Territory Sales Manager Intern will gain exposure to field sales and commercial operations while partnering with experienced sales leaders to execute priorities within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
