Job summary

WillScot in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion to drive activations of containers, ground level offices, and modular structures.

You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, develop tailored solutions for customers, and negotiate terms to close deals while coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• High-volume, transactional sales experience is expected.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach.
• Experience with strategic account management and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for containers and modular structures.
• Spend ~40% of time on outbound prospecting and ~30% on inbound inquiry conversion.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate terms and prepare quotes to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer support for smooth deliveries.
