Job summary

Alside, part of Associated Materials, LLC, is seeking an energetic sales professional for a territory-driven role supporting windows and siding products. You will lead account planning, grow new business, and deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating with builders and architects.

Expect uncapped commissions, 70% travel within the region, and a safety-first culture. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Salesforce experience and building materials knowledge help success.

Qualifications

• Successful sales history with 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Solid longevity in past positions.
• Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, detail oriented, and competitive.
• CRM experience required—Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting, reporting, and management for assigned accounts within territory.
• Develop and maintain target accounts while driving sales growth and new business within the region.
• Understand customers' objectives and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Acquire new customers to maximize supply center revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service follow-up and partner with primary contacts to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with supply center and corporate resources to enter and fulfill orders.
• Know the AM sales process and policies (accruals, credit, expenses, rewards).
• Mentor other sales representatives
