Alside is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across an assigned territory in the building products space. You will develop accounts, forecast, and manage relationships with builders and architects to drive growth and higher ticket projects.

The role offers uncapped commissions, incentive pay, and a safety-first culture. Successful candidates will travel up to 70% of the week and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders.

Competenze

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Proven experience in new business selling and upselling.
• Travel 70% of the week within the region.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
