Job summary

Maverick Group US is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Virginia. You will build and maintain a strong book of business from Richmond to Norfolk, meeting with current and prospective clients to assess needs and propose tailored metal fabrication and robotic welding solutions.

You will conduct in-person meetings, travel to client locations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in manufacturing.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and CEOs.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with computers, finance, and business principles.
• Enthusiasm for cold calling and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships through in-person meetings, identifying opportunities and providing effective solutions.
• Represent leading industry brands while addressing client requirements in metal fabrication and robotic welding equipment.
• Perform cold calls and travel to customer sites to expand your territory and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Manage sales activities with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
