Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to build and maintain a robust book of business in the Richmond area. You will meet with current and prospective clients, assess their needs, and recommend tailored metal fabrication and robotic welding solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in manufacturing.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and CEOs.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in computers, finance, and business principles.
• Enthusiasm for cold calling and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities
