Based from a home office, 80%+ travel within Virginia is expected; a company vehicle is provided along with base salary plus performance bonus and day-one benefits. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cnc machining and 1-2 years in technical sales, with strong product knowledge, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

3+ years in cnc machining or related industry.
1-2 years in technical sales and/or application experience preferred.
Proficient with product knowledge and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue targets by selling metal-cutting tool solutions.
Manage customer relationships, provide technical direction, and support.
Develop strategic territory plans to deliver revenue goals.
Conduct demonstrations and pre-sales workshops for customers.
Maintain clean CRM records and collaborate cross-functionally.
