Key responsibilities include acting as a technical expert in support of sales efforts and conducting product demonstrations. The position requires strong welding knowledge and the ability to travel across multiple states, ensuring effective customer support.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $100K to $120K with OTE of $300K to $400K.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 50% during the initial training period.
• Must be based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania or Indianapolis area.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in welding/automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert on welding and robotic applications.
• Support customer discussions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Travel for customer meetings and training.

Skills

Strong welding knowledge

Experience interpreting weld prints

Hands-on MIG/TIG welding exposure

Strong soft skills for technical sales support

Adaptability to learn robot programming

Education

Engineering background

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
