Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is hiring motivated, outgoing people for a field-based sales and customer enrollment role. You will work at community locations, speak with customers, explain available programs, and help qualified customers complete enrollment.

No experience is required — paid training and coaching are provided. This full-time or part-time position offers performance-based incentives, a strong earning potential, and active work outdoors in busy locations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Able to travel within assigned service areas
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Talk with customers at assigned community locations
• Introduce and explain available programs and services
• Help customers with enrollment and applications
• Answer questions and provide professional customer assistance
• Use company-provided devices to complete applications
• Maintain accurate customer information
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Attend team meetings and training

Job description

What You'll Do
