Job summary

Ark-Mgt in Anaheim is seeking Sales & Customer Engagement Representatives to join our team in and around the city. This hands-on, customer-facing role offers real-world experience in sales, communication, customer engagement, and territory development.

You don't need previous sales experience. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn will be supported by paid training and coaching. Competitive pay and incentives are provided.

We're looking for Sales & Customer Engagement Representatives to join our team in Anaheim and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll develop real-world experience in sales, communication, customer engagement, and territory development.

You don't need previous sales experience. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers in assigned areas
• Represent our products and services professionally
• Learn how to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Build positive customer relationships
• Develop and maintain your assigned territory
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate activity records
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Apply coaching and continuously improve your communication and sales skills

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.
