The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to represent our portfolio of specialty ingredients in Salem/Woodburn/Wine Country, Oregon. You will build trusted relationships with chefs and restaurant operators and help customers discover products that elevate menus and operations.

This role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission plan; first-year earnings range around $70,000–$80,000, with substantial upside through commissions, incentives, and career progression within

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités
