Job summary

American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales) in Sonoma to grow and maintain a defined sales territory focused on worksite insurance products for K-12 schools. You will build strong relationships with customers, offer needs-based benefit recommendations, and travel within your territory as needed.

Salary is complemented by uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is helpful but not required in this role.
• Must reside in the defined territory and be prepared for overnight travel.
• Strong ability to build relationships with school district decision-makers and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts by selling worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build relationships with customers and association executives; deliver customized benefits packages.
• Manage a defined territory with overnight travel as required.
