American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Rep) to cover the East & North Bay in California, based in San Rafael. You will sell benefits, retirement and other supplemental insurance to K-12 public schools, developing needs-based recommendations and long-term relationships.

Primary responsibilities include growing existing B2B accounts, presenting tailored employee benefits packages, and managing a defined territory with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance is not required; training provided.
• Ability to manage a defined sales territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts with one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products.
• Develop customized benefit packages based on client needs.
• Build long-term relationships with schools and associations.
• Coordinate with clients on benefit enrollments and renewals.
• Travel within the territory as needed.
