American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Rep) to cover the East & North Bay in California, including Martinez. You will sell benefits, retirement and other supplemental insurance products to a K-12 school client base and build lasting relationships with employees and administrators.

Prior insurance experience is not required. The role includes a defined territory, a company car, travel reimbursement, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts with worksite insurance products.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized employee benefits packages through enrollments, group presentations, and new account development opportunities.
• Territory management with defined territory; overnight travel is required.
