Job summary

American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Rep) to grow benefits, retirement and supplemental insurance products within a defined East & North Bay territory serving K-12 schools. You will build strong relationships and deliver needs-based recommendations to district employees.

The role offers base salary with uncapped commissions, a company car and travel expenses, industry training, and a clear career path. Residency in territory and overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to businesses, especially in education, is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts with one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to schools.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized benefits packages through annual enrollments, group presentations and new account development.
• Overnight travel is required; must reside in the defined territory.
