EchoStar Corporation's Retail Wireless team in the NC/SC territory seeks a Territory Sales Manager to bridge corporate growth strategies with frontline execution. You will coach store owners and sales teams, deliver hands-on training, and oversee local marketing to elevate performance.

You will travel within the territory to drive quotas, resolve escalations, and apply AI‑enabled analytics to guide partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in retail account management or wireless sales leadership.
• 3+ years with account management in wireless or consumer electronics.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas with store owners through performance plans.
• Maintain brand integrity through localized marketing and merchandising standards.
• Resolve retail escalations and customer issues as the primary contact.
• Expand regional footprint by leveraging local market knowledge and real estate contacts.
• Use AI-powered sales analytics to identify trends and counsel retail partners.
