Job summary

EchoStar’s Boost Mobile division is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to supervise NJ retail locations, bridge corporate growth plans with front-line execution, and coach store owners and staff for profitability.

You will use on-site coaching, analytics, and targeted campaigns to drive sales, branding, and customer satisfaction across the territory. This role includes commission opportunities and salary in the stated range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in retail account management or wireless sales leadership
• Experience with wireless or consumer electronics account management
• 3+ years of experience with field sales training and performance coaching

Responsibilities

• Optimize store-level sales performance through on-site coaching and joint selling with reps
• Collaborate with store owners to achieve monthly/quarterly quotas via performance plans
• Maintain brand integrity through local marketing campaigns and merchandising standards
• Resolve retail escalations and customer issues as the main operations contact
• Expand regional footprint using local market knowledge to identify new distribution points
• Leverage AI-powered sales analytics to identify trends and counsel retail partners
