Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a Business Operations Manager to direct core network operations and support analysts in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge technical functionality with business strategy and align cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, field teams, and external partners.

You will use AI tools and data to optimize workflows, prepare executive reviews, and translate network capabilities into customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, network operations or technical project management.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and executive presentations in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of analysts executing technical network initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Lead process optimization and drive operational changes across network, engineering, and IT.
• Establish robust communication frameworks and prepare reviews for leadership.
