Premium Retail Services seeks a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead wireless sales across stores, coach frontline teams, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll empower associates, deliver onboarding, and implement coaching sessions to sustain high performance.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with hourly pay, training, and opportunities to advance within a dynamic retail network.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training or leading a small team of sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
