Job summary

MarketSource, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive sales, educate customers, and train client retail teams within the assigned territory. You will present solutions, demonstrate products, and manage field activity.

The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to travel to stores to achieve sales objectives and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience selling to end-users in retail.
• 2+ years training retail associates and meeting sales objectives.
• Access to internet for email and reports; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly quota in assigned territory.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers.
• Design and explain solutions tailored to client needs.
• Travel within territory to multiple stores as required.
• Develop and deliver retail training for client channels.
• Maintain regular communication with client leadership and teams.
• Manage territory performance metrics and lead generation.
