Job summary

BD in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Territory Managers and help achieve sales objectives through targeted customer interactions, training, product ordering, and sales support.

The role focuses on the Vascular Access portfolio, including Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide, with travel up to 80% across the region and development of long-term hospital relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–4 years outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and relocate if needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in the field and attend training to learn vascular products.
• Protect and grow the Vascular Access Device portfolio, focusing on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing updates, and in-service training.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Managers to plan calls and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of all peripheral access products and maintain relationships with hospital staff.
