Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium businesses within a defined territory. You will conduct cold calls, arrange face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's Insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, with a focus on personal achievement within a collaborative team culture. Training is provided, and career growth is encouraged through ongoing development.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates who can clearly communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Outside sales experience or willingness to pursue field-based opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant sales experience; Health & Life license or plan to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing reselection of coverage.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly.
• Follow up on provided leads and balance cold calling with warm leads.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
