Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth by reaching business owners and decision-makers with our insurance solutions. In this outside sales role, you will manage your own territory, conduct face-to-face meetings, and build a book of business while hitting monthly targets.

You'll receive comprehensive training, weekly pay with commissions, and opportunities for advancement as you develop relationships with local businesses and colleagues within a supportive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Currently licensed in Health & Life or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reserviced
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss target sales goals and quotas
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly
• Follow up on provided sales leads and cold-call on businesses in person
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily
