Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, call on small and medium businesses, and present supplemental insurance solutions directly to business owners and decision-makers. You will manage your own territory with training and support to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance.
• Maintain your own book of business, set appointments and quotas, and report sales metrics daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and drive monthly/quarterly targets.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and in-person meetings to close deals.
