Alleviation is expanding its sales team and seeks driven individuals to grow with the company. The program includes virtual training, hands-on mentoring, and a structured path to master the sales process in your territory.

While prior sales experience helps, the emphasis is on finding the right fit for ownership, growth, and service culture. Expect travel weeks and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Use our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referral leads.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
