Job summary

Certus Recruitment Australia partners with a global hospitality technology leader delivering cloud-based software to thousands of hotels and resorts. The Territory Sales Manager will own a regional US territory, nurturing relationships with hotels and luxury properties and driving the full SaaS sales cycle.

You will travel regularly within Hawaii and broader US markets, leveraging an established network to win mid-market to enterprise deals while reporting into sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality tech.
• Established network within hotel/hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Experience managing a regional territory and working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and win new business across hotel groups, resorts and independent properties.
• Leverage existing hospitality relationships to generate opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, management companies and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain pipeline, account plans and forecasts in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Represent the business at industry events and maintain local market presence.
