Certus Recruitment Group, partnering with a global hospitality technology business, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to own a regional market across hotels, resorts and independent properties. You will drive prospecting, relationships and full sales cycles, with regular travel and in-market remote work.

The role focuses on luxury and full-service hotels, leveraging industry connections to close SaaS deals, while advancing to Customer Success handover.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' B2B hospitality sales experience across hotels/resorts or hospitality tech.
• Established network in hotel and hospitality sector.
• Proven pipeline generation and mid-market/enterprise deals.
• Experience managing a regional territory and working independently in the field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluent business English and willingness to travel regularly.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and win new business across hotel groups, resorts and independent properties.
• Leverage existing hospitality relationships to generate opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, management companies and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain pipeline, account plans and forecasts in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Represent the business at industry events and maintain local market presence.
