Job summary

FCS Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own sales across the USA with a primary focus on the Midwest and South Central hospitality market. You will prospect, qualify pipeline and close SaaS deals to meet revenue targets while traveling regionally.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B hotel sales, an existing Midwest/South Central network, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract signing, including CRM usage and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality tech.
• Established Midwest and/or South Central hospitality network.
• Proven pipeline development and mid-market/enterprise closes.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in the field.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own sales across the USA with a focus on the Midwest and South Central hospitality market.
• Prospect and build a qualified pipeline of hotel groups, resorts, and independent properties.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover to Customer Success.
• Travel regionally to properties and other U.S. markets as required.
