Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing sales experience, including door-to-door or field sales.
• Prior leadership or management experience required.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and improve sales performance.
• Experience working with homeowners, insurance claims, or restoration projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of roofing sales professionals.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue goals.
