Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is seeking a Service Manager to lead the local branch operation, grow the customer base, and drive safety, quality, and teamwork across field crews. You will oversee estimation, project management, scheduling, and billing from PO receipt to completion.

You will ensure OSHA and TeamCraft Safety Demands are met, provide safety direction, and manage a team of roofers and support staff. Statewide travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus five years in a commercial roofing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; proficient with estimating tasks.
• Compliance with safety policies and company standards required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Company Roofing Safety Policies.
• Evaluate multiple types of both low slope and steep slope roofing.
• Diagnose problems on roofs and provide solutions.
• Manage customer relations and build/maintain a positive customer base; actively sell work.
• Hire and train employees; conduct evaluations.
• Read drawings and specifications; estimate work.
• Perform job cost analysis.
• Travel statewide (~60%).
• Maintain dispatch and reporting processes.
