IKO Industries is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage the North Dakota and Northern Minnesota territory, driving sales growth and market share. You will work with roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to promote products and programs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Past sales experience in building products industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience selling to contractors, builders, architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and grow sales with distribution customers in territory.
• Contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
• Present products and programs to distributors and end users.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions with customers.
• Manage territory pricing and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Oversee accounts receivable balance and deductions within territory.
