You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to meet company goals while building a high-performance culture. The role requires travel across the Bossier City area, weekend availability, and a proven track record in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store training and upskill sessions.
• Visit stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attachments.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps quickly.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with actionable plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts as needed.
