Job summary

DSI in Victoria, Texas is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across an assigned retail territory. You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to stay sharp and lead by example.

You’ll hit company goals while building a high-performance culture. The role requires traveling across the Victoria, Texas area, weekends may be involved, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.
• Will travel across the Victoria, Texas area and work weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license; MVR check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Retail Sales Associates; deliver new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps quickly.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time; promote a positive team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching with action plans; model best sales practices.
• Achieve sales weekly to drive results; cover shifts to fill staffing gaps.
