ITG Brands, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to drive sales with retailers, secure commitments, and expand shelf space for our brands. You will develop plans that resonate with retailers and communicate product benefits across categories.

The role requires the ability to build strong retail partnerships, analyze opportunities, and collaborate with division teams to meet sales objectives and company priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to make sales commitments and communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Make sales to retailers, securing commitments to increase stock and place orders.
• Develop selling plans aligned with retailers and company categories.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively market and sell ITG Brands products.
• Collaborate with division resources to identify sales opportunities and drive performance.
• Be accountable for achieving retail execution objectives and company priorities.
