Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent our brand inside Dallas–Fort Worth retail partner locations. The role requires traveling between stores within a defined territory, with monthly schedules and open-evening/weekend availability.

Training and support are provided, with pay starting at $20 per hour plus commission. Top performers earn $25–$30 per hour with incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for HVAC services.
• Educate customers on Berkeys' HVAC services, promotions, and maintenance.
• Enter customer and appointment data accurately into company systems.
• Maintain positive relationships with store staff and management.
