Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a Retail Lead Generator to engage customers inside retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires visiting multiple stores within an assigned territory, with evening and weekend shifts and reliable transportation to travel between sites and the Southlake office for meetings.

Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning $25–$30 per hour including incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions, and incentives.
• Comfortable asking customers to commit to an appointment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC and home‑comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, repairs, and promotions.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify potential customer needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our service and sales teams.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
