Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a full-time Retail Lead Generator to work inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role requires travel between stores with flexible evenings and weekends, and attendance at bi-weekly meetings at the Southlake office.

You will engage customers, discuss home-comfort needs, and schedule HVAC service appointments.

Qualifications

• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to travel between stores and office.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Retail, sales, promotions, or lead-generation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys' HVAC services, maintenance, and promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Maintain displays and promotional materials in a clean, professional manner.
• Meet lead-generation, engagement, attendance, and performance targets.
• Attend meetings, training, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
• Represent Berkeys professionally and follow all policies.
