Job summary

Berkeys is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent our company inside retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The territory-based role requires open availability for evenings and weekends and reliable transportation for travel between stores and the Southlake office for bi-weekly meetings.

Starting at $20 per hour plus commission, top performers can earn $25–$30 per hour with incentives.

• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working toward goals, commissions, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC and home needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ services and available promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information accurately into systems.
