Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent our company inside major retail partner locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will travel between stores within a territory, engaging customers about home-comfort needs and scheduling HVAC service estimates.

Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning about $25–$30 per hour including incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends; reliability for travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Walk throughout assigned store areas and proactively engage potential customers.
• Build positive relationships with retail store associates, department leaders, and management.
