Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent our company inside major retail partner locations across the territory. You will travel between stores, schedule appointments for HVAC services, and meet sales goals through friendly, proactive conversations.

Qualifications

• Open availability for evenings and weekends; travel within DFW territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, and promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Build positive relationships with store associates and management.
• Attend required meetings and coaching sessions; apply feedback to improve performance.
