Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a Retail Lead Generator for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role covers multiple retail partner locations with travel between stores within a defined territory, requiring open evening and weekend availability and reliable transportation for bi-weekly team meetings at the Southlake office.

You will engage customers, identify home-comfort needs, and schedule HVAC service appointments while representing Berkeys professionally and ethically.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals and incentives.
• Ability to travel between locations within a DFW territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail locations.
• Explain Berkeys services and capture qualified leads.
• Schedule HVAC service appointments and follow up on leads.
• Enter customer data and appointments into company systems.
• Travel between stores within the territory as needed and attend meetings.
